Connect & Use: get started quickly
1) Leave the smartwatch on and turn on the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone.
2) Open the Gloryfit App to add the device and select the device.

When the watch is connected successfully, 7 sections are illustrated in the data record section of the Gloryfit App, namely Steps, Sleep, Heart Rate, All-day Heart Rate, BP, Blood Oxygen, and Outdoor Running. We use sleep data as an example which includes three distinct situations, restful sleep, light sleep, and rapid eye movement. Gloryfit scores and shows users how to judge sleep quality based on their sleep data. It not only ranks the sleep duration but also supports viewing the data of the past week and the past month and its changing trend. Furthermore, the data will demonstrate if the user gets up early and goes to bed early.
Users can find training on the watch and start to exercise. There are usually more than 7 types of exercise like basketball and badminton. In addition to the primary exercise data, the smartwatch will monitor the user’s BPM continuously after training begin, and the data will sync to the App automatically.
