If the kids in dangerous or in urgent situation, please touch and hold SOS button, then the phone watch will call the SOS phone number 1 and phone number 2 and then phone number 3 till there are someone pick up the phone. And It will circulate for 2 times then call ends.

Q: The kids GPS Watch can get connected with the phone, but for calls from the phone, the watch is in busy line. How to solve this?

First of all, please confirm whether you have set the number in the Familiarity Number list Secondly, Please check whether the SIM card in the watch have the Caller ID service, if it does, please check whether the number is also in the contacts list. Thirdly, The setting of family Number should be adhere to the result showed, if the number is short number then you just set as it displayed Last, please make sure, Whether you set Do not disturb Time for the watch, if you did, then you can get connected only outside the time.
